Royal Pains Season 3 Episode 8 - Run, Hank, Run. Aired: August 17, 2011 9:00 PM on USA Network. Royal Pains centers on a young E.R. doctor who, after being wrongly blamed for a patient's death, moves to the Hamptons and becomes the reluctant "doctor for hire" to the rich and famous. When the attractive administrator of the local hospital asks him to treat the town's less fortunate, he finds himself walking the line between doing well for himself and doing good for others.
Previous Episode: A magician seeks Hank's help for his anxiety problems when his magic tricks go wrong. Evan schedules Hank an appearance on NBC's "Today" without consulting Hank first. A local magician is affected by anxiety that causes his tricks to go wrong. Elsewhere, Evan books Hank for an appearance on NBC's "Today" with Matt Lauer (who appears as himself) without realizing that Hank is terrified of speaking in public.
Now Episode: Hank treats a marathon runner whose body temperature is out of whack. Elsewhere, Hank looks into the real cause of Boris' declining health. A runner in training needs HankMed's help. Hank must determine if Boris' declining health is something other than his disease.
